Chris Hardwick – Founder and Managing Director Following a long career running companies manufacturing and distributing to the construction industry, I was looking for a lifestyle change, mainly less stress, risk and all the hassle of employing 20+ people, and to do something that I actually enjoy. For better or worse, the systems and methods that Carlton Premier Cars have developed and are offering to train and mentor people, are based on my own experience, initially my struggles to refine the process that many would argue cannot work into a watertight, foolproof operation. It has been my dream for nearly 5 years to be able to offer the "Carlton" way of working to other people or, refining methods, paperwork and ultimately computer Systems to make this possible. From the middle of 2008, this dream has become a reality with amazing success. I should say that, having done a complete "step into the unknown" into the motor industry in my mid-50s, I'm now involved in an even bigger challenge and change of direction, promoting the company through the national press and getting involved again after many years away from it in training and mentoring people in sales. |
