I was having all sorts of trouble selling my car privately, mainly from time-wasters and no-shows, but also from people making offers and not following them up.

I originally approached Carlton premier cars for advise on buying a nearly new convertible car. I was torn between an Audi A5 and a BMW 3 series. I had some good advise from them on the pros and cons of the 2 cars and, when I had decided on my final specification, they found the only car in the country that fully met my needs. I was somewhat doubtful as the car in question was in Newcastle, 200 miles away and I would not have dreamed of buying at such a distance without Carlton checking everything over and arranging for me. The car was excellent at a good saving and I was delighted.
Some time later, I needed a company car for my sales director and we had decided on the BMW 320d Efficient Dynamics which had only just been introduced 2 weeks before. My own efforts to buy had just got the response of 'new model so no discount.' Again, Carlton were able to find me the right car, new this time of course,with a really excellent discount. When the new car was supplied Carlton then arranged a very smooth sale of the car being replaced for a really good price.
If I was a private customer the service would have been excellent, as I am running a company, getting proven good deals, all handled for me with no hassle, Carlton's services are invaluable and I will certainly be using them for any future needs.
